By placing an order with Totally Pet Products you agree to our Terms and Conditions Below:

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not hold any debit / credit card details or any other financial information. We will ensure any information we hold remains confidential and safe - it will not be passed to any 3rd parties. 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Select the item(s) that your require from the website by clicking the 'add to basket' link shown near the item. Items can be reviewed at anytime by selecting the basket button found at the top of the page. 

Once you have made your selection click on the checkout and proceed to delivery and payment information section via our secure webpage. Please ensure you review your order carefully to avoid any problems. 

If a mistake has been made please contact as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATIONS: 

If you need to cancel your order through no fault of ourselves we will be happy to give you a full refund. Providing the original item is returned in an unused and in good condition. It must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. In these circumstances of the customer returning the items it is at the expense of the customer to cover the carriage costs. Also there may be a charge of 25% of a restocking fee. This does not have an affect your statutory rights. 

RETURNS:

If any item which is purchased from Totally Pet Products is found to be faulty, damaged in transit or differing the product description. In this event we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange of the product this is done at the customers discretion. All returns must be notified to Totally Pet Products via email totallypetproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.  

 FAULTY GOODS:

In the unfortunate event the goods are damaged whilst in transit please notify us as soon as possible via email at totallypetproducts@gmail.com and one of our customer service team will be in touch.

POSTAGE:

*For customers who are based outside of mainland UK shipping zones, there may be additional charges to reach your location, or the travel time may be extended.
The post codes that don't class as mainland UK are as follows IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25 - Please contact us to arrange delivery if you live in those postcodes. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED48 for order will be charged at £4.49 this on a 2-3 working day delivery. Your parcel can be tracked to delivery point every customer will receive SMS or email notifications.  

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED24 is also available for £7.49 if you want your order a little sooner this is on a 1-2 working day delivery. Your parcel can be tracked to delivery point every customer will receive SMS or email notifications. Order must be placed before midday to guarantee your order arrives on time.
